Private Label Rights License Agreement
Congratulations and thank you for getting exclusive private label rights (PLR) to this amazing product or products!
As a private label rights holder, you agree to the following terms:
[YES] Can be sold.
[YES] Can pass on master resell rights to your customers.
[YES] Can pass on resell rights to your customers.
[YES] Can pass on personal use rights to your customers.
[YES] Can add to a paid membership site.
[YES] Can be bundled within a product package.
[YES] Can be giving away as a bonus.
[YES] Can give away the product to your subscribers.
[YES] Can change/edit the graphics.
[YES] Can edit the contents of the product.
[NO] Can pass on private label rights to your customers.
[NO] Can add to a free membership site.
[NO] Can just pass away the product for free.
Terms and Conditions:
You may not sell this product or the any of its rights if you ask for a refund. Your license will become null and void.
Please note that I cannot legally guarantee that you'll make any money with the private label rights. Your income will depend solely upon your own efforts.
You may not use my name or my domain names with the products when you sell it, even if you didn't change anything.
You are responsible for your own hosting, download locations, payment processor and customer service to your customers.
You may not market the content in any immoral, illegal or unethical manner (spam).
Any violation of this agreement will be subject to a revoking of your license without refund.
Legal action and costs may be sought from anyone breaking terms of this agreement.
Please pass this license on to your customers so they are fully informed on the terms and conditions to the usage and resale of this product. DO NOT create your own license and remove this one.
No Liability Policy:
Under no circumstances will the product creator, programmer or any of the distributors of this product, or any distributors, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from the use of this product.
This product is provided "as is" and without warranties.
Use of this product indicates your acceptance of the "No Liability" policy. If you do not agree with our "No Liability" policy, then you are not permitted to use or distribute this product (if applicable.)
Failure to read this notice in its entirety does not void your agreement to this policy should you decide to use this product.
Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The liability for damages, regardless of the form of the action, shall not exceed the actual fee paid for the product.
Definitions:
Master resell rights (MRR) - With Master Resell Rights, you are provided permission to sell it or pass on the RR, GAR, PU, CU rights to your customers. For instance, if you download a product that comes with MRR, your customer is allowed to do the same (i.e. sell that product to their customers).
Note: You can't edit the content of the product!
Private label rights (PLR) - This license relates specifically to a product. Under these rules, you can do whatever you want with the product you purchase. You can edit it, change the content, place your own logo and put your name on it, sell it or pass on the MRR, RR, GAR, PU, CU rights to your customers. PLR allows you to do just that. You can’t pass on a PLR license to your customers.
Of course, it's worth noting that you should read each product's specific Private Label Rights (PLR) agreement before going ahead with any grand scheme.
Resell rights (RR) - Resell Rights mean that the product can be resold to your customers. You can only sell the product “as-is” and can’t pass on a MRR license to your customers.
Note: You can't edit the content of the product!
Personal use rights (PU) - Personal Use licenses commonly referred to as PU, mean that you can only use your purchased product for personal reasons. This includes reading and teaching.
You are not legally allowed to resell these items, nor can you change the content.
Give away rights (GAR) - This product license relates to digital products that come with the rights to distribute them online, give them to your subscribers, and share them with your friends and family.
Just remember that this does not mean you can sell the products. It simply states that you can give them away for free. Having said that, some GAR product licenses state that they can be sold under certain circumstances,
Commercial use (CU) - With this license, you can distribute and sell the product commercially.
